Processing Time

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience as your package makes its way to you, and we promise it will be worth the wait.

Return Policy (Damaged Items Only)
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept replacements for items that arrive damaged. If your order is delivered in less-than-perfect condition, you must submit clear proof (such as photos) of the damage within 2 days of receiving your package. Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Package Policy
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or it appears to be lost in transit, you will be required to provide proof that the package was not received. We recommend checking with your local carrier and surrounding areas first. After verification, we will assist you in determining the next steps.
